Disable vulnerability reporting
To disable vulnerability reporting, set vulnerabilityReporting.enabled to false in Helm values or /etc/flightctl/service-config.yaml, then redeploy or restart services.
When vulnerability reporting is disabled, vulnerability API endpoints return HTTP 501 Not Implemented with reason: FeatureDisabled. The sync task does not run.
