Deploy and configure an observability stack so that Prometheus scrapes metrics from Red Hat Edge Manager components and Grafana visualizes them.

Unless noted otherwise, replace <project_name> with the OpenShift project namespace where Red Hat Edge Manager is installed. Kubernetes resource names and label selectors in the examples match the default Red Hat Edge Manager Helm chart.
