Maintain data plane nodes
You can maintain your data plane by scaling nodes in or out, rebooting nodes for updates or troubleshooting, and replacing failed or decommissioned nodes without disrupting running workloads.

- The RHOSO environment is deployed on a Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP) cluster.
- You are logged on to a workstation that has access to the RHOCP cluster as a user with
cluster-adminprivileges. - The data plane is deployed and the
OpenStackDataPlaneNodeSetCR status isNodeSet Ready.
