The scheduler service in the Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Console allows you to automate the delivery of data exports as scheduled reports for certain console services.

The scheduler service works with the export and notifications services in the Hybrid Cloud Console to set up recurring data exports that are generated automatically at the time and frequency you choose. When a report is generated, you receive an email providing a link to download the report. You can configure reports to be generated as CSV or JSON format.

To configure reports, you first need viewer permissions for the systems in your inventory that you want to export data for. You can configure scheduled reports to be generated at your preferred frequency and time, and easily check report status any time from the Scheduler panel. To be notified that a report is ready to download, configure a notifications behavior group associated with the appropriate scheduler event.
